In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b8888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the b8888 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for operating the services at b8888.im.
• "Platform" means the b8888 website at b8888.im, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any gaming or betting services offered therein.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the b8888 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the b8888 Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in your b8888 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of your Balance comprising actual deposited funds and cash winnings, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by b8888 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of b8888, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or third-party service outages.

To register and maintain an account on the b8888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. b8888 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, with all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal persons may not register accounts on the b8888 Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of b8888 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended b8888 account. Each user is permitted one account only. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

By clicking the registration button and submitting your application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. b8888 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

b8888 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any other point during the account lifecycle at b8888's discretion.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, verification that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you — for example, a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and mobile number.

b8888 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. If documents are unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with the information held on your account, b8888 will contact you to request additional materials. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen (14) days of a KYC request may result in account suspension.

All account balances on the b8888 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b8888 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at b8888's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your b8888 account instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction. Bank transfers are credited within one (1) business day. b8888 does not charge any deposit processing fees on its side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit funds into your b8888 account, unless otherwise approved by our support team following KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within five (5) to ten (10) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day.

• Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays in Pakistan may experience processing delays of up to one additional business day.
• b8888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the amount is large or the account activity appears unusual.
• Funds in a Bonus Balance that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• b8888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

b8888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

The following general bonus principles apply to all b8888 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only and are subject to eligibility criteria specified in each offer.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• b8888 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of promotion abuse or fraudulent claiming activity.
• Bonus credits expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Where a user has a Bonus Balance active, real money funds will generally be wagered first unless the game mechanics or platform configuration specify otherwise. Players should review the specific promotion terms for clarity on this point.

All games offered on the b8888 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or live dealer studios operated in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms that are independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity on a regular basis.

The following general gameplay and betting rules apply across all b8888 products:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. These limits may vary by game, table, or event and are subject to change.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or live bet, b8888's records shall be the definitive record of all bets placed and outcomes determined. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, b8888 may in its discretion void the round and return stakes to affected accounts.
• All sports betting markets are subject to b8888's sportsbook rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Cricket markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by those specific rules.
• b8888 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error in the odds published. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the live market at the time of placement. b8888 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b8888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of your relationship with b8888.
• Creating more than one b8888 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of collusion designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game on the b8888 Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to b8888 support and are subject to reversal.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users, or compromising the security of the b8888 Platform infrastructure in any way.
• Allowing a third party to operate your b8888 account on your behalf, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

b8888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your b8888 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration reminders and cut-offs to manage the time you spend on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will be unable to log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the b8888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

b8888 strongly encourages any user who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or their family to make use of these tools and to seek professional support. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only — never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

All content on the b8888 Platform, including but not limited to the b8888 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of b8888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any b8888 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the b8888 Platform.
• Use the b8888 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the b8888 Platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b8888 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, disconnections, or errors beyond b8888's reasonable control.
• Any delay, interruption, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional details that may contain typographical errors.

b8888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b8888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude b8888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

b8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of accounts in certain jurisdictions.
• At b8888's sole business discretion, with or without cause.

Upon closure of your account for any reason, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable fees, chargebacks, and forfeited bonuses will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. You may also close your account at any time by contacting b8888 customer support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under b8888's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in the following sequence:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first raise your dispute with the b8888 customer support team by contacting us at the email address provided on the Platform. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within ten (10) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved informally, you may escalate it as a formal complaint in writing. b8888 will acknowledge formal complaints within three (3) business days and provide a final written decision within twenty-eight (28) calendar days.
3. Licence Authority: If you remain dissatisfied following b8888's final decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or licensing authority under b8888's applicable international gaming licence.

b8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, b8888 will provide notice to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the b8888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current terms governing your use of the Platform. The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 11.
